- 8oz Lakeside Shishito Peppers
- Olive Oil
SPICY RANCH INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dried Dill
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Dried Chives
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp finely chopped Red Chili pepper
- 3 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
To make the sauce, combine milk, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a lidded container (a mason jar works great). Add all remaining spices and shake well to combine. Set aside.
Sprinkle the Shishito peppers with a few drops of water and add salt to taste.
Heat up a grill pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
Cook the Shishito peppers on the pan until blackened, turning once to char both sides.
Remove the peppers and serve immediately, adding more salt to taste. Drizzle the ranch sauce on top or serve on the side.
