- 1 Lakeside English Cucumber
- 100g Lakeside Snacking Collection Tomatoes
- 200g Hummus
- Black Pepper
- Fresh Wild Onion
Using a julienne peeler, remove a few strips from the Lakeside English Cucumber’s skin so that the decoration is even. Once the cucumber has been shaped, cut into 2cm strips.
Carve out each cucumber slice slightly with a spoon. Transfer the hummus to a piping bag and fill the carved out pieces.
Cut the Lakeside Snacking Collection Tomatoes in halves and place one half on each cucumber bite with hummus.
Decorate with black pepper and a piece of wild onion and enjoy!
