- 250g Cooked Sushi Rice
- 4-5 Tbsp Warm Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 6 Nori Sheets
- Carrots, Sliced
- ½ Lakeside English Cucumber, Sliced
- Avocado, Sliced
- Raw Salmon, Sliced
- Soy sauce
Rinse the rice, drain, and cook according to the package instructions. Transfer to a plastic bowl and let it cool.
Mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl and then add it to the sushi rice.
Slice all the veggies – carrots, cucumber, and avocado, and the salmon into even slices.
Spread a Nori sheet on top of a bamboo mat and spread the rice onto it evenly.
Star arranging the veggies just under the middle of the Nori.
Start rolling up slowly by pressing one side so we can get a water droplet-like shape.
Cut into pieces and combine two in order to create the heart shape.
Serve with soy sauce or wasabi and enjoy!
