Shrimp and Cherry Tomatoes Recipe

  • 1 pint, Lakeside Cherry Tomatoes on the Vine
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper


Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally until pink – about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour in lemon juice and add cherry tomatoes, gently tossing to combine.

Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
