- 100gr Lakeside Fresh Strawberries
- 85gr butter
- 150gr cane sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 125 whole-wheat flour
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 100gr melted white chocolate
Melt white chocolate in a small pot over medium high heat. (stir often to avoid burning) Add cubed pieces of butter as the chocolate begins to melt. Remove from heat and set aside to chill.
In a large mixing bowl, beat one egg with cane sugar. Add in the chilled chocolate mixture and stir to combine.
Whisk in the whole-wheat flour and stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Slice fresh Lakeside Strawberries. In a heart shaped baking dish, line the bottom with fresh strawberries. Add in the mixture and top with more strawberries. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Remove from oven and set aside to cool. (roughly 5 minutes) Sprinkle pink powdered sugar on top and enjoy.
