Tomato and Spinach Flatbread Recipe

  • 2 cups Lakeside Cocktail Collection Tomatoes
  • 2 naan flatbread
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts


Set over to 400°F.

Chop the Lakeside Cocktail Collection tomatoes in halves and set aside.

Spread the pesto sauce on the naan bread and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roughly chop the spinach and top on bread, along with mozzarella, tomatoes, and chopped garlic.

Sprinkle with dry oregano and chili flakes.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan and pine nuts. Enjoy!
